Why is i18nnn so much cheaper than Poeditor?
Two reasons. (1) BYOK AI: you bring your own OpenAI / Anthropic key, so we don't take a margin on tokens. (2) We don't gate features behind paywalls — CLI, glossary, roles, MFA, JSON I/O — so there's nothing artificial to upsell. The plan you pick only changes how many projects / keys / seats you can host.
Why bring our own OpenAI or Anthropic key?
Because we don't want to mark up tokens. You pay your provider directly, we don't pass through a margin. AI is unlimited on every plan — we apply a single global "fair use" rate guard so we can spot abuse, not upsell overage.
What happens when I exceed a plan limit?
Project / key / seat limits prevent the action from being initiated with a clear error and an upgrade CTA. AI calls don't block — we only soft-cap the global fair-use number. If your usage is unusual we'll email you before asking you to upgrade.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up without a card. Pro limits (5 projects, 10k keys, 20 seats) unlock for 14 days. You can keep working in Free after the trial or enter payment details at any moment. Charges start at the end of the trial — never before. Upgrade mid-period is prorated; cancellation is end-of-period, no refund.
Do you charge separately for CLI seats?
No. The CLI is authenticated against your existing user. If you're a seat in a project, you can run npx @i18nnn/cli pull

Is the data hosted in the EU?
Yes. Application on Laravel Vapor (eu-west-1). PostgreSQL on RDS in the same region. S3 backups stay in Ireland. We provide a signed DPA before contract signature.
