Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the i18nnn service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide a valid email address to use i18nnn. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your API keys. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Service

i18nnn provides a collaborative translation management platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice when material.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to i18nnn (translation keys, translations, glossaries). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the service.
• Use the service to spam, phish, or harass third parties.
• Resell or white-label the service without written permission.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscriptions will be grandfathered until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. AI translation and BYOK

AI translation is powered by third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) using your own API keys. You are responsible for the cost and rate limits of those keys. We do not log or persist the content of AI requests beyond the resulting translation.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
